Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Strategic Planning / 内容规划： Responsible for tiered planning and output of brand, product, and industry content. Build a unified content framework and brand tone to ensure consistent messaging across all global and local channels. / 负责品牌、产品及行业内容的分层规划与输出，构建统一的品牌叙事与调性，确保全球全渠道内容表达的一致性。
• Market Insights / 行业洞察： Track crypto industry trends and market hotspots; produce investment research perspectives, industry interpretations, and strategic insight content. / 跟踪加密行业趋势与市场热点，输出投研观点、行业解读及策略认知类内容。
• Bilingual PR & Copywriting / 双语PR撰稿： Independently draft and manage high-quality PR articles, product announcements, and promotional materials in both English and Chinese. / 独立完成中英双语的高质量稿件，负责PR文章、产品发布、活动传播及媒体合作内容的撰写与管理。
• Campaign Support / 活动支持： Participate in marketing campaign planning and support the implementation of content for social media, KOLs, and community outreach. / 参与市场Campaign内容策划，支持社交媒体、KOL及社区传播内容落地。
• Cross-functional Collaboration / 跨团队协作： Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to translate complex business logic (e.g., AI bot strategies) into digestible, shareable content. / 协同产品、数据及市场团队，将复杂业务逻辑（如 AI 机器人策略）转化为易传播、易理解的内容表达。
• Asset Management / 资产管理： Establish and manage the content asset library, optimizing production workflows and quality standards for a multi-lingual environment. / 建立与管理内容资产库，优化多语言环境下的内容生产流程与质量标准。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

• Language Skills (Bilingual) / 语言能力（中英双语）： Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Chinese. Must be able to switch seamlessly between both languages to produce professional-grade content without external translation support. / 精通中英双语，具备母语级别的读写能力。 能够独立完成专业深度的中英文内容产出及PR稿件，无需依赖外部翻译。
• Experience / 经验背景： 4+ years of experience in content or industry research; Web3 or crypto exchange background is preferred. / 4年以上内容与行研相关经验，Web3或交易所背景优先。
• Domain Knowledge / 行业认知： Foundational understanding of the crypto industry, trading logic, or the derivatives market. / 对Crypto行业、交易逻辑或衍生品市场具备基础理解能力。
• Creative Planning / 策划能力： Strong content planning skills with the ability to transform professional/technical information into marketable content for diverse audiences. / 具备内容策划能力，能够将专业信息转化为适配全球不同市场环境的传播内容。
• Soft Skills / 执行沟通： Strong cross-team communication skills and a proactive drive for execution. / 良好的跨团队沟通能力与执行推动能力。
