Role Overview
Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce painted automotive parts company focused on building scalable, data driven operations. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth across every digital channel as the company continues to scale.
This is a hands on, high autonomy role for a marketer who can do it all. You will run paid advertising, e-commerce merchandising, email and SMS marketing, social media, and analytics end to end. The right candidate is just as comfortable in a Google Ads account as they are in the Shopify admin, in Klaviyo, or in a GA4 dashboard, and is energized by the opportunity to define playbooks, set the reporting cadence, and build the systems that will scale with Partify for years to come.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, optimize the full customer journey, and drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization, troubleshooting disapprovals, and improving product visibility.
Own the Shopify storefront end to end, including merchandising, product page optimization, app stack decisions, discount logic, and on-site conversion improvements.
Develop and execute email and SMS marketing programs in Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar platforms, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, segmentation, list growth, and deliverability.
Build, manage, and grow social media presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, including paid social campaigns and organic content.
Create and manage content strategies tailored to each platform, including short form video, reels, ads, and editorial content.
Stand up and maintain reporting across Google Analytics, Shopify, ad platforms, and an e-commerce attribution tool to track ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email campaigns, SMS flows, and creatives.
Manage retargeting campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
Optimize website funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high performing ad creatives and marketing assets, and brief outside contractors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
Monitor trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media to identify new growth opportunities.
Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.
Establish processes, documentation, and SOPs that allow the marketing function to scale efficiently.
Assist in building brand awareness and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands on experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce or DTC brand.
Proven experience personally managing Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
Direct experience operating a Shopify storefront, including the admin, theme settings, collections, apps, and discounts.
Strong working knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar, including flows, segmentation, and deliverability.
Demonstrated experience running paid social and organic content programs on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and platform-native reporting to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast paced environment with minimal oversight.
Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
Self directed operator who is comfortable building structure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel building.
Working knowledge of e-commerce attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox.
