Supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of all risk, compliance, and corporate governance frameworks to ensure all relevant risk, compliance, and legal requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective and efficient corporate governance frameworks (e.g., policies, internal regulations, and committee administration) by coordinating with KKPFG as a subsidiary, and ensure good governance of the company.
- Monitor risk and compliance in accordance with established frameworks and requirements.
- Manage incident reporting and complaint handling, including coordination with internal and external auditors.
- Control and organize process, manual, and procedure documents for all departments within the organization.
- Coordinate with all outsourced services to KKP, including risk, compliance, and legal functions, as well as service agreements.
- Initiate and create business and marketing deals with business partners on an end-to-end (E2E) basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in risk, compliance, or corporate governance.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
