National Account Manager – Beauty Brands

The Opportunity

Australian Beauty Connections is a fast-moving distributor of globally loved beauty brands — think Umberto Giannini, Dr.PAWPAW, Marc Anthony, Cake, and Bubble T. With new brands entering the portfolio and our retail footprint growing, we're looking for a sharp Account Manager to own our most important retail relationships and drive real commercial outcomes.

This is a senior commercial role. You'll be the primary contact across Priceline, Atomica, Kmart, Target, Big W, and Amazon — managing everything from ranging and launches to promotional planning and sell-through. You'll also lead a Sales & Marketing Assistant and deliver weekly performance insights direct to the Directors.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day management of six major retail accounts — Priceline, Atomica, Kmart, Target, Big W, and Amazon

• End-to-end coordination of new brand and product launches across all retail partners

• Ranging submissions, portal management, replenishment, and promotional planning

• Weekly sales summaries to Directors — translating data into clear risks, opportunities, and actions

• Direct management of a Sales & Marketing Assistant

• Store visits and in-store brand standards compliance

About You

• 3-5 years in account management, wholesale, or retail partnerships — beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods preferred

• Hands-on experience across major mass-market (Kmart, Target, Big W) and specialty (Priceline) retail accounts

• Comfortable managing Amazon — listings, performance metrics, and promotional activity

• Proven track record launching new products across multiple retail partners simultaneously

• Experience managing a direct report with strong coaching and communication skills

• Commercially sharp — you turn numbers into stories and recommend actions, not just report results

• Highly organised, solutions-focused, and self-directed — you don't wait to be told
