Vice President Management & Client Leadership Focus

Role Summary

The Vice President provides executive-level leadership for branch operations with a strong emphasis on people management, client relationships, and organizational performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth while maintaining service excellence across the branch.

Key Management Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop management and operations teams to achieve performance, engagement, and retention goals
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and professional development
  • Collaborate with the Branch President and senior leaders to set and execute short- and long-term strategic objectives
  • Align branch leadership on priorities, initiatives, and performance expectations
  • Identify talent needs and support recruiting, onboarding, and leadership development efforts
  • Serve as a performance-driven leader who models accountability, adaptability, and strategic thinking

Client & Relationship Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee client relationship management with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
  • Ensure client communities are managed in compliance with governing documents and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a senior escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with boards, clients, business partners, and service providers
  • Support business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities within existing and prospective client portfolios
  • Promote consistent, high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational standards and client expectations

Leadership & Strategic Impact

  • Drive branch performance through monitoring key business metrics and service outcomes
  • Balance profitability goals with a strong client service mindset
  • Think strategically, communicate vision clearly, and reinforce the “why” behind decisions
  • Create an open, approachable leadership environment that supports collaboration and trust

Experience & Leadership Profile

  • Proven senior management experience with direct people leadership responsibility
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
  • Experience leading teams through change and growth in a service-driven organization

Requirements

  • Knowledge of sales, operations, and/or underwriting management.
  • Knowledge of company budget and monthly performance reporting (DVR) proficiency.
  • Knowledge of applicable state statutes.
  • Knowledge of all Associa operating systems and programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
  • Project management at an expert level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Masters Degree Preferred
