This role sits at the intersection of technology and business. Value is created where access technologies (Fiber, 5G FWA, COAX etc.) are combined with the right CPE – enabling performance, reliability, customer experience and differentiated commercial models.
Core Responsibilities
As Commercial Product Manager for Access & CPE, you own the commercial performance end-to-end—accountable for strategy, roadmap, revenue, margin and execution.
You will be responsible for growing and professionalizing the Access & CPE business—including Managed Services—strengthening differentiation, bundling, margin and scalability through the combined offering.
Success will be measured by: better commercial outcomes across Access & CPE (revenue growth and margin uplift), a larger proportion of bundled Access+CPE, elevated Managed Services adoption (attach-rate) and profitability, and streamlined portfolio complexity.
You will be responsible for:
Owning the commercial product strategy and roadmap across Access (Fiber, 5G, broadband) and CPE (endpoints, routers, gateways, modem), with clear priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Owning pricing, sourcing and lifecycle decisions for Access & CPE, with direct interface to Technology, Sourcing and Go-to-Market leadership.
- Defining and executing the Access & CPE strategy: positioning, bundling, standardization, lifecycle management and sourcing models.
- Translating technical choices within access technologies and CPE into clear commercial offerings, pricing structures and value propositions.
- Combining connectivity and CPE into simple, sellable and scalable offerings that sales can easily position and customers can easily understand.
- Developing and scaling Managed Services on top of Access & CPE (e.g., monitoring, managed CPE/edge, security/SD-WAN in collaboration with relevant teams), with clear commercial targets.
- Executing go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Sales, Technology, Operations and partners.
- Running business reviews and serving as the single point of accountability for product and commercial performance.
- Making build / buy / partner / retire decisions across both access technologies and the CPE portfolio.
- Monitoring performance, cost drivers, customer feedback, and market developments — and adjusting course as needed.
- Preparing concise, decision-oriented material for leadership based on data, insights and commercial logic.
What We Are Looking For
You are commercially driven, execution-focused and thrive in roles where you own the outcome – not just the framework.
We expect that you bring:
- Solid commercial mindset with experience owning revenue, pricing, margin and portfolio performance.
- Experience from product management, portfolio management or commercial roles within Access, connectivity, telecom or hardware-centric offerings.
- Solid understanding of access technologies such as Fiber, 5G (FWA), COAX, and how technical choices impact cost structures, scalability and commercial models.
- Solid understanding of or interest in CPE (endpoints, routers, gateways, modems) as a commercial asset – not just hardware.
- Experience with or solid interest in Managed Services linked to connectivity and CPE (e.g., managed CPE, monitoring, SD-WAN, security services) and how to drive adoption and margin.
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial domains and translate complexity into simple, sellable and differentiated offerings.
- Solid analytical skills and confidence working with business cases, financial drivers and performance data.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and manage stakeholders effectively across Sales, Technology, and Operations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly in both Danish and English.
