With FDA clearance and strong clinical evidence, we're entering a phase of rapid commercial scale, and we’re seeking a Clinical Account Manager to support the Eastern US.
The Clinical Account Manager plays a vital hybrid role, bridging clinical expertise and sales strategy to drive adoption and growth of new technology throughout the U.S.
This individual provides hands-on clinical support in ICU/CC and training environments—while developing strong relationships with surgeons, critical care teams, and hospital stakeholders to achieve regional business objectives.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality product training, clinical support during live cases, and identifying opportunities for new users.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of recent critical care or medical device sales experience or
- 10 years of clinical experience (RN, RT, or similar) with industry exposure supporting sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to train and influence healthcare professionals in a hospital environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to travel extensively and work variable hours as dictated by clinical schedules.
- Strong clinical and technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Ability to travel out of market up to 60%
Comp:
- Base $115k + Variable - $180k OTE
