Product Manager, Milk - Viby

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join Arla Denmark, based in Marketing in Aarhus (Viby). You will become part of a strong Product Management team and report to the Head of Commercial Innovation & Product Management.

How You Will Make An Impact

As Product Manager, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for a category portfolio across Arla branded products and Private Label in Denmark. You play a central role in translating commercial ambitions into relevant shelf‑ready solutions – from idea generation and business case development to launch, scaling and ongoing portfolio optimization.

You will work closely with Marketing and the wider value chain, ensuring high quality in both decision‑making and execution. The role requires the ability to balance detail‑oriented work on some tasks with agile prioritization and momentum on others.

You will be joining a Product Management team characterized by high professional standards, strong trust and a great sense of community. We work ambitiously – and we do it together.

The team consists of approximately 20 colleagues across product management, master data and innovation.

Furthermore you task will be

• Own and optimise a category portfolio in Denmark (Arla branded and Private Label)
• Act as product owner from idea, development and launch to scaling on shelf
• Drive portfolio reviews, performance tracking, delistings and complexity reduction
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional product projects across Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory
• Drive cost and efficiency initiatives, e.g. packaging optimisation, reformulation and production improvements
• Coordinate product and production changes, including regulatory updates and production transfers
• Manage Private Label tenders and evaluate concepts from other Arla markets
• Ensure high quality in product documentation, master data and overall product readiness

What Will Make You Successful

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong commercial mindset – ideally from FMCG, Food & Beverage or a production‑close environment. You have solid experience working end‑to‑end, including managing products backwards into production, ensuring feasibility, quality and efficient execution across manufacturing, supply chain and regulatory interfaces.

You are also a true team player who enjoys collaboration, shared problem‑solving and contributing positively to the everyday working atmosphere. Fluent Danish is required, and professional English is a must.
