Year 1 OTE: $70,000 – $90,000+

The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to master our 360-degree recruitment desk. This isn't just about matching resumes; it’s about business development, candidate headhunting, and high-level account management. You will have full autonomy over your desk, acting as a consultant to clients while sourcing the specialized talent they need to change the world.
This is a fully onsite role because we believe in the power of shared energy and real-time support. From your first day, you will be supported by a transparent roadmap into leadership, with clear, merit-based milestones that allow most consultants to reach a Senior promotion within their first 12 months.
What You’ll Do
- Business Development: Proactively identify and partner with new clients across North America to solve their most critical hiring challenges.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the process from the initial outreach and cold-calling to the final placement and post-hire follow-up.
- Candidate Consulting: Source and vet high-caliber talent, acting as a career advisor and advocate within your specific technical niche.
- Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends to become a trusted advisor in the Texas market and beyond.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a busy pipeline with urgency and precision, ensuring both speed and quality for your clients to exceed revenue goals.
