We are looking for elite Sales and Freight Agents in Latin America who possess an established Book of Business. This is a full-desk role where you manage the relationship, the sales, and the operational technicalities of your loads.


What You’ll Do:


  • Scale Your Portfolio: Manage and grow your existing US book of business using our superior infrastructure.Full-
  • Desk Execution: Handle both the "hunt" and the "haul." You manage the shipper relationship and the carrier coordination.Technical Mastery: Utilize our Specialty Library and databases to solve complex equipment needs (Conestogas, Step Decks, RGNs, Open-Deck, Drayage, Power only, Temp control configurations).Team
  • Effort: Collaborate directly with our US leadership to ensure your clients receive the "Blue Eagle" gold standard of service.

Qualifications


  • Book of Business: You must have an active, portable book of business minimmum 300K Gross Freight a year or 25k a month.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in the US Freight Brokerage industry, specifically managing OTR, FTL, LTL, Specialty trailer operations.
  • English Mastery: Near-native English (C1/C2) with the ability to negotiate and build deep trust with US shippers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "non-commodity" market—you know why a specialized trailer is the only solution for certain loads.
  • Integrity: A track record of ethical business practices and a "team-first" mentality.
