We are looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our Reserv (booking engine) team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, client-focused, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
You will work closely with hotel partners to help them maximize the value of our technology, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve performance.

What You’ll Do
- Client Relationship & Revenue Growth: Manage client relationships, maintain strong communication, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Client Onboarding, Training & Support: Oversee onboarding, provide training, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Account Reviews & Product Optimization: Conduct regular account reviews, analyze product usage, and identify opportunities to improve performance and client outcomes.
- Customer Feedback & Collaboration: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality technology platforms, including CRM systems, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Channel Manager platforms, and hotel booking engines.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and tactics.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions and identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to drive revenue growth.
