We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer / Architect (m/f/d) to take on a technical leadership role within high-impact construction and infrastructure projects – with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and collaboration.

🔧 Your impact:

• Lead and deliver large-scale construction & infrastructure projects (including wellsites)

• Own technical quality, planning, and execution across all phases

• Act as the key interface between engineering, project management & stakeholders

• Drive tendering processes and evaluate contracts

• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices

• Manage external partners and ensure top-tier delivery

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar

• Strong experience in complex construction/industrial project management

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Solution-driven mindset with confident decision-making
