You’re a great fit if you can…
- Lead one or more complex client programs, overseeing scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
- Act as a key client contact over time, supporting program reviews, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, finance, legal, analytics, and administration.
- Provide people leadership with direct reports and indirect oversight of a larger execution team.
- Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost tracking, with leadership support.
- Execute contracts to ensure compliance, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Support contract amendments, scope changes, and modifications in collaboration with internal partners.
- Track KPIs, financial targets, and client satisfaction metrics, addressing risks as they arise.
- Analyze program challenges, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.
- Establish milestones and ensure alignment with program goals and client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience leading teams, projects, or programs with meaningful scope.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing large-scale projects or programs with budget exposure.
- Comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Microsoft 365).
- Critical thinking skills and confidence making decisions in complex environments.
- Formal program or project management experience is an asset.
- Exposure to contract management or client-facing agreements is an asset.
- Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or similar service-based programs is an asset.
DOT Requirements
If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation Range
$94,300.00 - $163,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
