Countertop Marketing Co. is a fast-moving digital marketing agency that works exclusively with home improvement companies, countertops, kitchen and bath, flooring, cabinets, and more. We help our clients become the most recognized name in their local market through paid ads, short-form video, and smart digital systems.


We are a small, high-performing remote team. We move fast, take ownership, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We are looking for someone who fits that culture completely.


About This Role

This is not a specialist role. We are not looking for someone who only runs Meta ads or only manages SEO. We are looking for a true digital marketing generalist who can jump into almost anything, figure it out quickly, and execute it well.


One day you might be reviewing Meta ad performance and flagging optimizations. The next you are QAing a client website, organizing a reporting summary, responding to a client question, or helping troubleshoot a Google campaign. You will not always have a step-by-step playbook. You will be expected to figure things out and take ownership of the outcome.


Beyond the day to day agency work, this person will also play a role in helping shape and grow a separate SaaS product we are building alongside the agency, contributing to go-to-market strategy, positioning, and growth thinking. This is not just an execution role. We want someone who can think independently, challenge ideas, and help build something from the ground up.

What You Will Work On


Paid Advertising

  • – Support Meta and Google Ads campaign management across multiple client accounts
  • – Monitor performance daily and flag issues, opportunities, and optimizations
  • – Track key metrics including cost per lead, conversion rate, and budget pacing
  • – Work within our existing campaign templates and systems while identifying improvements

Client Communication

  • – Join or lead monthly client calls via Google Meet to review performance and next steps
  • – Communicate results clearly and confidently without jargon
  • – Respond to client questions in our support inbox professionally and proactively
  • – Our clients are respectful business owners who expect clarity, confidence, and someone who knows what they are talking about

QA and Project Support

  • – Review client websites, landing pages, and ad creatives for errors and improvements
  • – Coordinate tasks across internal team members and follow up to make sure things get done
  • – Catch the details others miss. Meticulous attention to quality is a core requirement of this role

Reporting and Organization

  • – Prepare clear, accurate performance reports for clients
  • – Keep campaigns, tasks, and deadlines organized across multiple accounts
  • – Follow internal SOPs and flag when something needs to be updated or improved

Creative and Content Support

  • – Assist with short-form video scripting and ad creative strategy
  • – Use AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude as part of your daily workflow
  • – Basic video editing in CapCut or willingness to learn quickly

SEO and Website Support

  • – Handle light local SEO tasks including Google Business Profile updates and citation management
  • – Identify on-page opportunities and coordinate implementation with the team

SaaS Growth and Strategy

  • – Contribute to the go-to-market strategy and growth of a SaaS product being built alongside the agency
  • – Help shape positioning, messaging, and early adoption strategy
  • – Think beyond execution and bring ideas, identify opportunities, and challenge assumptions
  • – This is a ground floor opportunity to help build something significant from the beginning

What We Are Looking For

  • – 3 or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience across multiple channels, not just one
  • – Proven ability to think independently, solve problems, and take ownership without being micromanaged
  • – Someone who can operate like a co-thinker not just an executor. We want ideas, pushback, and genuine strategic input
  • – Meticulous attention to detail. You catch errors, you double-check your work, and you do not let things slip through
  • – Strong, clear spoken English suitable for video calls with US-based business owners. Neutral or minimal accent is required for this role as client communication is part of the job
  • – Strong written English that is professional, clear, and confident
  • – Comfortable discussing performance metrics and strategy with clients who are not marketing experts
  • – Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. You do not need to be an expert in both but you need real hands-on experience with at least one and genuine familiarity with the other
  • – Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow. We use AI heavily and expect our team to as well
  • – Experience with or genuine interest in SaaS, product marketing, or growth strategy is a strong plus
  • – Agency experience is strongly preferred
  • – Located in Latin America with availability during US Eastern Time business hours

  • – This is not a role where you manage one channel and hand everything else off to someone else
  • – This is not a role where you wait to be told what to do
  • – This is not a role for someone who is not comfortable on client video calls
  • – This is not a role for someone who does meticulous work only when asked
  • – This is not a role for someone who wants to clock in, do their tasks, and clock out

Compensation and Growth

  • – Fixed salary: $3,500 USD per month
  • – Quarterly performance bonuses based on individual contribution and company results
  • – We pay above market because we hire above average and we mean it
  • – Long-term position with real growth potential. As the agency grows and the SaaS scales, so does your role and compensation

Work Environment

We are a remote team that communicates primarily through Slack. There are no daily meetings or micromanagement. You will have clear expectations and the autonomy to execute. What we ask in return is ownership, communication, and meticulous follow-through.
