Are you our next Senior Talent Advisor ready to join our Randstad Enterprise?
Join our team at Randstad Enterprise in our Global FMCG RPO account on an initial 3 years contract, as a Senior Talent Advisor based in our client's Shanghai, Pudong Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible and single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
- Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions; seeks to clarify the position, requirements, and the opportunity beyond the job description.
- Acts as an advisor to client hiring managers on appropriate sourcing strategy.
- Proactively gathers market intelligence and shares with internal team and hiring managers.
- Meets or exceeds assigned hiring goals and monitors performance to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Evaluates, reprioritizes, and is responsible for the overall execution of the employment branding strategy.
- Manages the candidate pool for each requisition including internal candidates, ad response candidates and direct sourced candidates.
- Builds a qualified candidate profile and presents a slate of candidates to meet client deliverables and SLA.
- Uses influence and persuasion to sell candidates on opportunities, extends offers and negotiates acceptance.
- Develops strong relationships with client partners and provides innovative solutions to recruiting challenges.
- Defines and participates in special projects to enhance service offerings.
- Promotes positive relationships and protects the candidate experience.
- Develops strategic relationships with RSR peers and leaders to maintain quality delivery and solve client challenges.
About You:
- Proven experience in hiring in FMCG industry
- Minimum three (5) years of account management, requisition management or consultative recruiting experience as primary hiring manager contact.
- Minimum five (5) years in a candidate generation role with proven hiring success.
- Track record of understanding clients’ hiring needs and developing effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active).
- Ability to efficiently and effectively screen candidates and present to hiring teams.
- Proven ability to understand candidate motivations and secure offer acceptances.
- Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments (RPO, Agency, Search Firm).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across boundaries and consult with all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable in 100% office based role.
