This role is a key sparring partner to the Regional Manager on how to build awareness, brand perception and lead generation. The role translates and adapts local and global strategy into in-market action, ensuring that every touchpoint - from trade shows to social media - is rooted in the farmers reality and ensuring outcomes are in line with our commercial priorities.
You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the Global Marketing team. You will align go-to-market activities to ensure that marketing efforts support local market needs and growth goals.
The ideal candidate has strong generalist marketing skills, experience from cross-market marketing, and an understanding of agriculture and communication. You will need to be both strategic and operational, structured and flexible - and excited to help shape how we enter and grow in new markets.
The Main Responsibilities For This Role Will Be
- Drive planning, execution and prioritizing of all local marketing activities, media plans, campaigns, and industry events to support commercial strategy.
- Manage the local marketing budget and evaluate the performance of local marketing activities using data and farmer feedback to ensure ROI of activities and refine future execution and budgeting.
- Execute all local content creation in adherence to global brand guidelines, while collaborating with the Global team to refine and optimize global tools and playbooks
- Adapt global initiatives to ensure they resonate with the specific language, culture, and farming practices of the local market
- Ensure all local execution aligns with the global communication wheel and seasonal narratives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local market insights, gathering feedback from farmers and the sales team, and reporting it to the Global Marketing and Growth teams.
- Feed marketing results and insights into relevant forums and ensure a closed learning loop throughout the funnel to continuously raise our bar of what good looks like.
- Develop and execute the local organic social media calendar together with the local markets, including day-to-day posting, monitoring of relevant channels and capturing user-generated content from local customers
- Identify, sign, and nurture "farmfluencers," ambassadors, and local opinion leaders to amplify the brand's visibility together with the local markets.
- Maintain and update the local website with current news, local events, and market-specific updates.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agricultural or technology industry and in a scaleup environment.
- Strong generalist marketing skills with experience across brand, campaign execution, media planning, organic social media, events, partnership etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers using a tone and language that resonates with them to build trustworthy relationships.
- Experienced and structured project leader.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between local and global teams.
- Native-level Swedish or Norwegian and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with the Swedish, Norwegian, UK, or Irish agricultural context is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel across the Region to attend events and connect with local farmers.
- A senior regional marketing role in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
- A chance to lead and shape marketing in a multi-market region with exciting growth ahead.
- A collaborative global marketing team with deep functional expertise.
- Autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to influence how we launch and grow both in existing and new markets.
- Flexibility in where and how you work – and a team that values both people and performance.
