About The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager for our Cards division, you will act as the strategic architect between business goals and marketing execution. You will take full end-to-end ownership of our go-to-market success, transforming technical roadmaps into high-impact commercial strategies that drive long-term profitability. This mission is critical for scaling our card products while maintaining a precise focus on customer acquisition and unit economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and conduct deep market research to validate product requirements before engineering resources are committed.
- Architect the Go-to-Market narrative and product positioning, ensuring all commercial briefs provide clear direction on audience and expected acquisition costs.
- Orchestrate cross-channel strategy across Direct Mail, Digital, and Telemarketing to ensure a unified and frictionless customer journey.
- Translate customer pain points and market feedback into prioritized feature requests, aligning the technical roadmap with commercial P&L objectives.
- Optimize the "Lead-to-Active" funnel by utilizing web analytics and CRM data to refine lead-scoring logic and improve user experience flows.
- Accountable for customer segmentation and commercial proposition, providing operational guidance to RevOps and Marketing Specialists to enable scalable growth processes.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in product marketing, growth, or commercial strategy within Fintech or a similar regulated industry.
- Proven track record of managing GTM strategies for complex financial systems or credit products.
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, specifically working with customer data and web analytics to optimize conversion funnels.
- Experience working with Credit Cards is preferred but not required.
- Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week.
