Job Description

Join us at CyberArk and help shape the future of Secrets Management. We’re looking for a

passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the definition, design, and delivery

of innovative products and services in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product

management, and architecture, to turn strategic goals into impactful product outcomes. You’ll

own the product vision, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and

guide execution with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog—gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure clear priorities
• Lead sprint planning and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive smooth delivery cycles
• Bridge business and technology by translating needs into actionable functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives
• Guide API design, data models, and lead UI/UX decisions
• Serve as the go-to expert for product functionality: support R&D, clarify requirements, and resolve functional questions

• BSc or higher in Computer Science / Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Technical Product Management (preferably SaaS B2B or security platforms)
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and architecture (former developer – a plus)
• Proven ability to grasp complex systems across both technical and business domains
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong backlog and roadmap management skills
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architecture into execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter
• Managerial experience – an advantage
