Painted Desert Consulting has partnered with a fast growing technology platform that helps churches, nonprofits, and political campaigns raise more money through smarter, faster, and more engaging donation experiences. Our client is changing how organizations connect with donors and fund their missions.


As our client scales, their Team needs a steady flow of high quality, close ready opportunities. That's where you come in. As a BDR, you'll own the top of the funnel by prospecting, qualifying, and setting meetings that convert. This is a launchpad role with a defined path into a closing Account Manager seat for top performers, typically within 8–10 months. Given the urgency of this hire, interviews are being scheduled on an expedited timeline.


You Will:

  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email, SMS, and social to engage churches, nonprofits, and political campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads through a round robin system and run sharp discovery conversations to assess fit, pain, budget, authority, and timeline
  • Book qualified demos for Account Managers and ensure strong show rates through clean handoffs and prospect prep
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline in the CRM, keeping data clean and follow ups on time
  • Hit consistent weekly activity and outcome metrics. Dials, conversations, meetings set, and meetings held
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and leadership to refine messaging, target accounts, and qualification criteria


You Bring:

  • 2+ years of outbound BDR, SDR, or sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota for meetings set and qualified opportunities created
  • Confidence on the phone with senior decision makers (IE - executive directors, pastors, campaign managers, development directors)
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills; you know the difference between a booked meeting and a real opportunity
  • Hands on experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo a plus)
  • A competitive, coachable, high-energy mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in SaaS sales
  • Bonus: experience selling into nonprofits, faith based organizations, or political campaigns
