Based in Budapest, Hungary, our Central European hub brings together experts from multiple countries and backgrounds. We welcome international talent and operate in a genuinely multicultural environment. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; Hungarian is an advantage, but not required.

As we expand our footprint in India, we are looking for a senior delivery / technical operations leader who thrives in execution, not just strategy. Someone who has already built offshore teams for Western (US/UK) companies—not at a director level, but as a hands‑on builder who can activate their own network and start assembling a team from week one.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the operational setup and day‑to‑day delivery for our India function, ensuring seamless execution across technical and business areas.
  • Build a local team from scratch, leveraging your existing network to recruit top talent—primarily in IT and technical verticals.
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, establish scalable operational workflows and define performance standards.
  • Work closely with international senior stakeholders to align priorities and ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as a hands‑on, execution‑focused leader who sets the tone for delivery, quality and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Technical Operations Lead.
  • Demonstrated success in building offshore teams for Western (US/UK) companies.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, especially within IT, software engineering or technical functions.
  • Fluent English and Hindi language skills; Hungarian is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to create operational frameworks from zero and scale them efficiently.
  • Pragmatic, results‑driven mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
