Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet
- Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly
- Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software
- Billing: Process invoices to the Department of Education after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
- Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through the Board of Education website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
- Bookkeeping: tracking expenses and income in quickbooks
- Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly
- Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records
- General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus.
