Solution Consultant – Data (PreSales)

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Solution Consultant – Data (PreSales)!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand data challenges and business needs
• Lead workshops and discussions to define solution direction
• Design high-level data solution approaches (analytics, platforms, AI readiness)
• Build value propositions (ROI, insights, efficiency improvements)
• Support proposals and ensure clarity of scope, assumptions, and risks
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams
• Provide best practices and insights to support decision-making
• Identify follow-up opportunities based on customer needs

Our Requirements

• Experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting, or Data/IT Consulting
• Understanding of data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake – high level)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with customers (workshops, discovery, discussions)
• Ability to connect technical topics with business outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and challenge ideas constructively
• Fluent English
