岗位职责Responsibilities:


推动UIH产品在哥伦比亚的市场份额增长。

Drive the market share of UIH products in Colombia.

参与投标活动,并与市场营销、物流及服务部门协调,以执行项目并达成区域销售目标。

Participate in bidding activities and coordinate with the marketing, logistics and service departments to execute projects and achieve regional sales targets.

参与区域营销推广活动及行业展会。分析具体市场状况,并建立稳固的区域利益相关者网络。

Participate in regional marketing promotion activities and trade shows. Analyse specific market conditions and build a sound regional network of stakeholders.

建立并维护以客户为中心的区域网络。通过内部协调解决客户提出的问题。

Build and maintain a customer-focused regional network. Solve issues and problems raised by customers through internal coordination.

与大客户建立并保持良好关系。

Establish and maintain good relationships with key accounts.

与产品及临床应用团队合作,在所负责区域内对潜在客户和合作伙伴产生积极影响。

Work with the Product and Clinical Apps team to create a positive impact on potential customers and partners in the assigned region.

跟进商机漏斗的建立与维护,并根据管理团队制定的指导方针和关键绩效指标(KPI)提供预测。

Follow up on opportunity funnel creation and maintenance, and provide forecasts in accordance with the guidelines and KPIs set by the management team.

根据UIH团队制定的战略,开展竞争分析和产品定位。

Conduct competition analysis and product positioning in accordance with the strategies set by the UIH team.


任职资格Qualifications:

- 医学或相关领域学士学位或以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above in medical or other related areas

- 通常需具备10年以上医疗保健行业的成功工作经验。有诊断成像设备相关工作经验者优先 Typically, over 10 years' successful experience in the healthcare sector. Experience of working with diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred

- 对诊断成像生态系统及其发展趋势有深刻理解 Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trends

- 以客户为中心,具备出色的沟通能力、强烈的结果导向意识和扎实的管理能力 Customer-oriented with superior communication skills, a strong results-driven mindset and solid management skills
