This is a focused, purposeful role for a driven professional ready to transition from broad project management into deep subject-matter expertise. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in the technology and healthcare sectors, mastering the policies, frameworks, innovations, and parliamentary movements that shape them at an Irish and EU level.

The Role
- Drive rigorous, proactive policy intelligence across the technology and healthcare sectors
- Utilise, train, and refine advanced AI monitoring tools to track parliamentary debates, committee activity, and legislative drafts
- Transform complex policy documents and datasets into sharp, actionable intelligence and strategic narratives
- Take full ownership of research output - from initial data extraction through to final, polished insights
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing research into regulatory shifts, legislative changes, and emerging public affairs trends in tech and health
- Monitor and analyse parliamentary debates, committee work, and legislative developments at Irish and EU level
- Produce clear, high-quality written reports and briefings for internal and client use
- Manage the end-to-end research process with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Maintain and refine AI-powered monitoring workflows to improve intelligence gathering
- Contribute to the development of strategic narratives and client-ready policy outputs
- Stay ahead of sector developments and proactively flag relevant emerging issues
About You
- 2-4 years' experience in policy, public affairs, research, PR, or a related consultancy or agency environment
- Genuine interest in how public policy, parliamentary action, and technological innovation intersect
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage projects and deliver to deadlines
- Comfortable working with new software and AI-driven monitoring tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to find answers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex legislative findings clearly and confidently
- Analytically minded with a natural aptitude for research and synthesis
- Thrives in a startup or fast-moving environment
