My client based in Dublin 2 are hiring a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of a growing omnichannel ecosystem across a multi-brand retail environment.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and commercial delivery, where you’ll shape the digital roadmap and lead the evolution of key customer-facing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the omnichannel technology stack (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, clienteling, loyalty, ERP, POS)
- Define and manage the digital roadmap and backlog
- Lead system integrations across ERP, payments, logistics, and customer platforms
- Manage and challenge third-party vendors and system integrators
- Ensure delivery of scalable, well-integrated solutions that support business growth
Experience:
- Strong experience in omnichannel / digital platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (essential) and ideally Service Cloud
- Proven track record owning roadmaps, backlog, and delivery
- Experience managing vendors, SIs, and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of integrations (APIs, data flows, ETL)
- Comfortable working at a practical level with integrations (e.g. troubleshooting API issues, working with JSON/XML)
Nice to Have
- Retail or omnichannel experience
- Exposure to clienteling / CRM platforms
- ERP integration experience
