Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Agility practice. Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
- Develop necessary features through defining the expected user experience which enables the software development and QA teams to work
- Ongoing product owner feature support for the Iris ecosystem which can include Iris Design and Drafting and Catalog Manager
- Complete feature user stories and acceptance criteria along with related reporting
- Identify and create product requirements and take ownership from initial concept through delivery
- Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches
- Work closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams
- Able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements
- Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed
- 8+ years experience required
- Ability to absorb complex systems and add value while ramping
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Experience navigating cross team dependencies with partial information
- Comfort owning problem spaces and collaborating with design and engineering
- Familiarity with HFC and fiber network concepts (telecom, MSO, or GIS domains) preferred
- Experience with internal enterprise tools for operational or technical users preferred
- Experience working in multi team Agile environments preferred
- Exposure to design, drafting, or GIS style tools preferred
