The Role:
Are you a driven sales professional ready to ignite growth, win back high-value customers, and make a global impact? AppLogic Networks is expanding our world-class sales organization—and we’re looking for a Account Manager - Maintenance &Renewals who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning opportunity into revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and sell annual support and maintenance contracts with partners and customers
- Drive revenue by supporting existing clients with annual maintenance contracts
- Educate customers on different support tiers and Service Level Agreements
- Ability to upsell and engage with customer to increase Renewal funnel and selling PS services
- Participate in regular meetings and conference calls with partners, customers and sales team members to help qualify opportunities and recommend additional helpful services
- Work with larger sales account team to understand how support fits with other product expansion opportunities within a customer
- Strong documentation and lead generation usage of Salesforce
- Will become proficient in AppLogic Networks’ technology and portfolio suite-understanding of customer systems and network to work with Professional Services and/or outside partners
- Work with the Director, Renewals regarding global forecasting and pipeline management
- Handle revenue leakage and quoting calculations
- Provide coverage and support for account managers
- Conduct customer presentations to recommend the best AppLogic Networks support solution that fits their business needs
- Build quotes and get internal approvals using the standard process
- Work with Legal and Finance on contractual terms
- Regularly present business updates to leadership
What You Bring (Required)
- Strong experience with relationship building and client engagement
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Strong process and operational background
- Ability to use multifaceted prioritization to handle quote volume
- Services Sales background
- Sophisticated in Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Presentation skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment and being part of a fast-growing company delivering ground breaking technology
- High integrity
- A self-starter attitude with the drive to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
Work Experience, Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree, technical institution equivalent or working experience
- 5 years of sales and customers support within the IT/Telecommunications/Security industry working with Tier-1 mobile and/or fixed line service providers
