The role
As an Account Executive you'll.....
- Own the expansion motion across existing Fortune 500 and enterprise clients: identify upsell signals, build the business case, and close expansion revenue.
- Lead and systematize the customer success function: create playbooks, define the high bar for client success, and help scale it beyond a single point of failure to maximize deal close
- Source, qualify, and develop new market opportunities, new verticals, new geographies, and new partnership channels
- Sit at the intersection of revenue, client success, and strategic expansion. This isn't a traditional sales or account management role.
- Real traction. Post $XXM in revenue, Fortune 500 customers, 12x YoY growth last year
- AI First company with $1M+ revenue per employee.
- Early enough to shape the product, the team, and the culture, and become a key Leader in the company, you will work hand by hand with the founders.
