The role

As an Account Executive you'll.....

  • Own the expansion motion across existing Fortune 500 and enterprise clients: identify upsell signals, build the business case, and close expansion revenue.
  • Lead and systematize the customer success function: create playbooks, define the high bar for client success, and help scale it beyond a single point of failure to maximize deal close
  • Source, qualify, and develop new market opportunities, new verticals, new geographies, and new partnership channels
  • Sit at the intersection of revenue, client success, and strategic expansion. This isn't a traditional sales or account management role.
