This is an exciting and outstanding opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to bridge business and technology within a flexible, start-up style business unit. You will step into a highly visible role with a unique market position, taking ownership of the roadmap for a mature credit card issuing product.

In this role, you will manage workflows alongside a large team, focusing on market research, product design, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management. You will actively participate in development, marketing, and sales efforts for our issuing product offerings supporting the credit processing business (consumer and commercial). Organization, delivery, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish product direction and tactical roadmaps for the products, including line extensions, target markets, and GTM plans to deliver world-class features.
• Engage in market research, customer and competitive analysis, and prioritize the roadmap based on fast-changing conditions.
• Work closely with Product Delivery and Development to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications.
• Develop and manage multiple product programs simultaneously, driving collaboration across functional areas.
• Collaborate across the organization and externally to identify opportunities for integration, new products, and revenue growth.
• Assist with product marketing, including the development of sales decks, presentations, pricing analysis, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Act as the product conduit for compliance requirements, ensuring mandates are included in the roadmap and release plans.
• Monitor product usage to observe trends and make data-driven decisions for enhancements and new features.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in Norcross, GA. The position is primarily onsite with the flexibility to work from home one day a week. This is a fantastic chance to utilize your executive presence to shape the future of a mature product for a leading processor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent Fintech industry experience specifically on the credit card issuing and systems of record issuance side of the product space.
• BA/BS qualification in a technology or business field is an absolute requirement.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and full product life cycle management.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to concisely communicate key issues to an executive-level audience.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience using Jira.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with leadership skills to leverage matrix organizations.
