Site Administrator

Due to continued expansion, we require a German speaking Site Administrator for our project in Frankfurt, Germany. German speaking would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on the project, providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and wider team.
• Manage, track and record general site correspondence on company databases.
• Carry out administration of labour, plant, materials and returns.
• Assist the Health and Safety team with the recording and administration of health and safety documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and the wider project team.

Specific Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (previous construction experience is beneficial).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload with proven experience of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong IT skills – MS Office packages and database experience.
