• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the operations team, including training and performance management.
• Client Portfolio Growth: Drive operational excellence to expand business opportunities with existing clients.
• Client Engagement: Indirectly handle a portfolio of clients, fostering growth and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Directly lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), supervisors, and operational staff, overseeing their performance, training, and development.
