We are looking for a Product Operations professional who can bridge the gap between Product, Technology, and Business teams to ensure smooth product execution, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
The Product Operations role focuses on supporting the product team in execution, monitoring product performance, improving processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams. The candidate will help drive operational excellence for product launches, product updates, and day-to-day product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations Management
- Support the product team in executing product initiatives and feature launches.
- Ensure smooth functioning of product workflows and operational processes.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment across stakeholders during product development and releases.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Monitor product usage, customer adoption, and issue resolution.
- Streamline product-related operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for product-related processes.
- Identify operational or product issues impacting customers or internal teams.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on product performance and operational metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product efficiency and user experience.
- Assist in coordinating new feature releases and product launches.
- Ensure all operational teams are aligned and trained on new product features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, or Fintech.
- Experience in Fintech / Lending / NBFC / BFSI industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Loan Management Systems (LMS) or lending products.
- Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of digital product lifecycle and agile workflows.
