We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Services & Product Marketing with strong expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, B2B marketing, and SaaS marketing to drive lead generation, automation, and growth initiatives across our services and products.
This is a blended role with a stronger focus on marketing, growth, campaign execution, and automation, along with some exposure to account management and client coordination. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically while also being hands-on with execution and performance optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ HubSpot & Marketing Automation (Core Requirement)
• Manage HubSpot CRM, workflows, lead scoring & automation journeys
• Build email nurture campaigns and lifecycle-based workflows
• Maintain CRM hygiene, reporting, and attribution tracking
• Drive inbound marketing and automated lead nurturing initiatives
✅ Google Ads & Performance Marketing (Core Requirement)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting & A/B testing
• Drive B2B lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn
• Optimize campaigns for pipeline growth and lower acquisition costs
✅ B2B & SaaS Marketing
• Create positioning and messaging for B2B services and SaaS offerings
• Work on Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns and product/service launches
• Understand customer journeys, buyer intent, and funnel optimization
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and growth strategies
✅ Account Management & Coordination
• Coordinate with clients/stakeholders on campaign execution and deliverables
• Support review discussions with performance insights and recommendations
• Ensure smooth communication and timely execution across projects
✅ Content & Campaign Execution
• Coordinate execution of social media, landing pages, emailers & creatives
• Create campaign briefs and marketing communication strategies
• Ensure timely execution across channels
✅ Reporting & Insights
• Present campaign performance with actionable insights
• Connect marketing efforts with business growth and revenue impact
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or product/services marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM & marketing automation
• Strong experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimisation
• Understanding of lead generation, funnel management, and performance marketing metrics
• Candidates from IT, IT Consulting, SaaS, Technology Services, or Digital Transformation companies will be preferred
• Experience working on B2B/SaaS campaigns is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills
