Account Manager

The Associate Digital Director will have day to day responsibility for the client’s digital activity. This person will act as the link between DAN and the client and will manage the planning, organising and monitoring of digital campaigns and projects. They will also be accountable for the profitability of the client

Job Description:

• 專業經驗 (Professional Experience)

具備 4 至 5 年以上廣告、行銷或相關行業的紮實經驗，並在整合行銷通訊 (IMC)、線上 (ATL) 及線下 (BTL) 廣告活動方面擁有實質經驗與知識。具食品或FMCG相關產業經驗更佳。

• 策略提案與簡報 (Strategic Pitching & Presentation)

協助團隊解析客戶需求及相關資料彙整，瞭解及解析客戶反饋與問題，可直接面對客戶溝通，並協助內部團隊精準瞭解客戶需求的判斷力。具備可獨立撰寫提案簡報及提案的能力。

• 專案領導力 (Project Leadership)

具邏輯思考與組織能力；能監督執行過程，並專業控管專案執行品質與狀態，確保專案從起點到終點的高品質交付。

• 跨部門協作 (Cross-functional Collaboration)

需可跨部門、廠商溝通，有效整合多方想法及反饋並總結重點，讓任務精準往下發展，並可精準掌控各方人員思維在同一陣線上，順利往客戶需求發展。

• 數據與市場洞察 (Data & Market Insight)

具備分析思維，敏銳觀察消費者行為、市場趨勢及競爭對手動態，能將數據轉化為可執行的洞察。

• Professional Experience: 3-4+ years of solid experience in advertising, marketing, or related industries, with proven expertise in IMC, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
• Strategic Pitching & Presentation: Proficient in deck development and capable of independent pitching. Demonstrates exceptional client-facing skills and professional judgment in team communications.
• Project Leadership: Strong logical thinking and organizational skills; able to oversee execution and ensure high-quality project delivery from end to end.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-departmental communication and integrate internal resources effectively.
• Data & Market Insight: Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Keen observer of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Resilience & Growth Mindset: Highly resilient with excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive team player who embraces challenges and maintains an open, continuous learning attitude.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Written and Verbal).
