Location: Amsterdam or UK (with UK/EU scope)

Experience: 5+ years in retail account management, with proven experience managing UK retail partners and owning commercial performance

This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll own and grow key retail accounts across the UK, with expansion into the EU, driving strategy, performance, and partnerships end to end. All yours. The role

You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You will lead retail account strategy, manage key partnerships such as Boots and similar retailers, and own performance with full P&L responsibility.

What You’ll Do (and What You Won’t)

  • You own retail accounts end-to-end, including full P&L responsibility
  • You drive growth across UK retail and unlock EU expansion opportunities
  • You collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong launches and execution
  • You build strategic relationships with key buyers across retail channels
  • You use data and performance insights to guide decisions and priorities
  • You improve how we scale retail by challenging what doesn’t work

  • Wait for endless approvals
  • Hide behind processes
  • Cruise quietly in the background

How You’ll Succeed

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll take full ownership of your accounts, drive commercial outcomes, and build strong, lasting retail partnerships that fuel growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in retail sales or account management
  • Proven experience selling into UK retail, ideally including Boots or similar accounts
  • You work independently and know when to involve others
  • You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
  • You want your work to matter, not just exist
