Our Team
You will work at the Molex El Salto plant as part of a cross-functional network connecting Product Management, R&D (including Signal Integrity/Design), Manufacturing, and Sales. This role serves as a central hub that enables alignment, removes barriers, and ensures fast, accurate communication from leadership to the shop floor.
What You Will Do
- Act as the “boots on the ground” extension of Product Management, ensuring product strategy can be executed effectively in the plant environment.
- Translate across functions—turning engineering requirements into manufacturing realities and aligning customer deliverables with what the factory can reliably ship.
- Serve as the primary liaison and technical focal point between R&D and Production, enabling seamless information flow and fast decision-making.
- Provide clarity and rapid conflict resolution on operational procedures, empowering manufacturing teams to execute with confidence.
- Accelerate execution by identifying bottlenecks, breaking down silos, and driving alignment to support aggressive deliverables and lifecycle speed.
- Own product lifecycle execution at the plant through:
- Ramp Up: ensuring early builds meet quality expectations and prototypes can scale to mass production.
- Mass Production: monitoring performance and maintaining high data quality / “signal integrity” during high-volume runs.
- End of Life (EOL): managing wind-down and transition to next-gen products while minimizing excess waste.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience serving as a cross-functional technical liaison connecting R&D and Manufacturing.
- Strong project management experience and capability with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency with the ability to work effectively across global regions and cultural/linguistic differences.
- Ability to travel globally.
- Proven experience building and scaling teams, establishing accountability, and creating organizational stability in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational frameworks where structure is limited or evolving.
- Track record of navigating ambiguity and maintaining focus through rapid scaling or market-direction shifts (change management).
- Ability to connect technical and operational groups (R&D, Signal Integrity, Manufacturing, Sales) and proactively remove bottlenecks to accelerate execution and NPI cycles.
- Multidisciplinary background (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) paired with commercial acumen (Sales or Product Management).
- Strong capability to translate complex technical data into clear narratives that drive alignment from shop-floor teams to senior leadership.
- Mastery of dynamic prioritization across multiple high-priority initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
