What You’ll Do
- Generate quotes through Insurance carrier portals
- Prepare plan comparisons
- Gathers data and assists with the preparation of marketing documents
- Prepares cover letters
- Support Sr Consultant and Account Manager with service requests
- Follow up and review receivables
- Monitor General Inbox and make intake calls
- Maintain electronic files and create new client profiles
- Client billing
- Other duties as assigned
- Post Secondary Education
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative support experience
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Ability to learn new systems, i.e. Epic broker management system
- Strong organizational, time and client management skills
- Effective communication skills: verbal and written
- Strong team player
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong initiative and follow-up skills

The expected hourly range for this position is $20 to $23 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
