Even great products need great marketing. We're looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager who thinks like a B2C marketer to help spread the work we're doing at KNOW to existing clients, new prospects, and our sales teams. You're the evangelist of our product. You're the Guru of our Growth.


The Problem We're Solving

2 billion people work in frontline jobs — at a restaurant, a retailer, or a logistics company. Most of them have very little technology to help them. KNOW transforms this. We are the super-app that makes every frontline worker amazing, and arms every manager and leader with insights and alerts to know what's happening on the ground. Our product is deep and growing fast, and we need someone who can match our marketing to the ambition of what we've built. That's where you come in.


What You'll Own

You'll build KNOW's marketing engine from the ground up. This means:

  • Customer storytelling: Create case studies, video testimonials, and success stories that actually resonate. Not corporate word salad — real stories about real problems we solved.
  • Product positioning: Make it crystal clear what KNOW does, who it's for, and why they should care. Different messaging for different industries, roles, and use cases.
  • Website: Own the copy on our website. Work with design and engineering to get it live, and keep it current as the product evolves. This is not a "hand it over and wait" situation.
  • Product communications: Run a regular cadence of product emailers to prospects and customers — new features, use cases, updates. This is currently a gap we need closed.
  • Sales enablement: Arm the sales team with decks, one-pagers, comparison sheets, demo scripts, and objection handlers — everything they need to win deals.
  • Demand generation: Run campaigns across email, social, content, events, and partnerships that generate qualified pipeline. Track what works, kill what doesn't.
  • Events and trade shows: Own all event collateral — booth materials, handouts, leave-behinds. Coordinate swag production (t-shirts, branded merchandise) end-to-end: briefing vendors, managing timelines, ensuring quality. You don't have to design the t-shirt, but you own making sure it shows up on time and looks right.
  • Customer marketing: Help existing customers discover the full power of the platform. Drive expansion and reduce churn through better communication.
  • Content creation: Write, design, or commission content that people actually want to consume. Think B2C energy applied to B2B problems.


How You'll Work

This role is AI-first in practice. We expect you to use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and whatever else makes you faster and sharper. AI handles the grunt work — you bring the judgment, tone, and quality bar. You'll use our product daily. You can't market KNOW credibly without understanding what a store manager actually does.


What We're Looking For

  • 4 to 7 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally product marketing or demand gen
  • Portfolio showing work that doesn't look like every other B2B company's marketing
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability — you can make shift scheduling sound interesting
  • Data-driven but not paralyzed by it. You know what metrics matter and can move quickly.
  • Comfortable working with global teams and customers across Southeast Asia, India, and the US
  • Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) and design tools (Canva at minimum, Figma is a bonus)
  • Hands-on executor, not just a strategist. You can write the case study, build the landing page, and design the email yourself if needed.
  • Experience coordinating external vendors for print, events, or merchandise is a genuine advantage
  • SMB or mid-market SaaS experience is a plus. Frontline or operations software is a bigger plus.
