We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona and play a key role in B2B strategy and key account development across Europe.
The Role
As an International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for MiiN’s most strategic accounts in Europe. You will play a key role in shaping our B2B strategy, collaborating across teams, and acting as a commercial and strategic reference within the company. This position requires a senior profile with a hunter mindset, focused on capturing new opportunities and building high-impact relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and grow key accounts, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and boost the brand across Europe.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and collaborate across teams to drive business opportunities.
- Prepare, present, and analyze commercial and strategic reports to support decision-making.
- Represent MiiN at top client meetings and international trade shows.
- Support the team in commercial development and account management, sharing experience and best practices.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Senior-level experience in international business development, sales, or B2B strategy.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams or leading strategic initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze markets, plan actions, and make informed decisions.
- Client-focused, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passion for the cosmetics industry and driving business in international markets.
- Experience managing multiple key accounts simultaneously.
