Territory Manager

A clinically respected, globally established medical aesthetics brand are expanding their direct commercial team in Germany, and are seeking a Territory Manager to own the Baden-Württemberg region.

This field-based role will focus on driving growth and market adoption of an innovative portfolio of products. You will work closely with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons and skincare professionals to develop strong partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you will do

• Take ownership of an established and active book of business across Baden-Württemberg, allowing you to hit the ground running with existing customer relationships and revenue from day one.
• Deepen and expand accounts whilst opening new doors across dermatology, plastic surgery, and leading aesthetic practices.
• Represent a clinically credible portfolio underpinned by an exceptional body of validation studies and major regulatory clearances.
• Partner with KOLs, deliver in-clinic training and education, and represent the brand at regional events and congresses.
• Report directly into the Country Manager.

You Will Possess

• Proven track record in medical aesthetic sales.
• A strong existing network of across aesthetic doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and high-end clinics in Baden-Württemberg.
• Consultative seller with the relationship craft to grow accounts long-term and the hunter mindset to acquire new accounts.
• Fluent in German, with professional English.
• Based within the territory (or willing to relocate); full driving licence.
