Account Manager (Territory Sales) – Pacific Northwest
Overview
Our client partners with personal injury law firms across the country. They are expanding their field sales team and looking for a relationship-driven, hunting Account Manager to build and develop a territory across Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Based in Seattle, this remote opportunity is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating independently, enjoys being in the field, takes ownership, and capable of growing a market from the ground up.
Responsibilities
This is not a desk job. Success in this role comes from consistent field activity and relationship building.
- Build and grow relationships with law firms through in-person meetings, networking, and consistent outreach
- Develop a strong presence in your territory through regular visits and follow-up
- Generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing relationships
- Execute a structured sales process, including activity tracking and CRM management
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth experience for partners and clients
- Represent the organization at industry events and local networking opportunities
- Manage a regional territory across Washington, Oregon and Idaho, including periodic overnight travel
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience (outside sales or territory management strongly preferred)
- Experience selling into professional services, healthcare, or legal-related environments is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate business through consistent outreach
- Comfortable with a field-based role involving regular travel
- Self-starter who can operate independently while following a defined process
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable transportation required
