We are building a leading Education Platform for children in Southeast Asia, starting from Thailand. Our mission is to expand children’s future opportunities through high-quality and accessible learning.
We operate both offline learning centers and a learning app (NockAcademy). We are now scaling our product by bridging the gap between "Customer Insight" and "Product Experience."
- Location: Bangkok (Vibhavadi / Ladprao area)
- Area Detail: ใกล้ห้าแยกลาดพร้าว / ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Working Days: Thursday – Monday (5 days a week)
- Off Days: Tuesday & Wednesday
- Hours: 11:00-20:00 / 09:00-18:00
- Note: Interacting with parents on weekends is a key part of this role to gather strategic insights.
This is a Business Development (BizDev) role for a high-potential individual. You are not just a "Marketer" or a "Product Person." You are a Problem-Solver who identifies why users don't convert and takes direct action to fix it.
Working directly under the Founder, you will have the autonomy to influence key business decisions and the responsibility to drive real growth.
Optimize the conversion funnel from free users to paid members by deeply understanding customer psychology and redesigning the user journey.
- Field-First Customer Insight: Directly interact with parents (especially on weekends) to understand their concerns and decision-making processes.
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze user flow from first inquiry to payment. Propose/execute improvements in UX and messaging (LINE, FB Messenger, etc.).
- Growth Experimentation: Design and run small, fast experiments to find the most effective triggers for acquisition and conversion.
- Product Collaboration: Work with our engineer to implement high-impact changes based on actual customer needs.
Must Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or growth-oriented roles.
- Strong Logical Thinking: Ability to connect "Customer Voice" with "Business Metrics."
- Proactive Mindset: You find problems and propose solutions without waiting for instructions.
- Languages: Thai (Native) + English (Business Level).
- Resilience: Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2C services or EdTech.
- Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Google Analytics, Conversion Funnels).
- Salary: 30,000 – 45,000 THB (Based on experience)
