Delivery Manager/Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead both engagement and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Business teams to define end-to-end requirements, including high-level technical flows and impacted applications.
• Drive project scoping by identifying objectives, benefits, timelines, stakeholders, and suitable technical designs.
• Manage the RFP process and vendor selection when third-party solutions are required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business, IT, Digital teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate with internal resources and IT PMO to ensure resource availability and prioritization across project phases.
• Oversee execution by managing internal and external teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones (Plan vs. Actual).
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Head of Project Management, including progress, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Apply standardized project management methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Monitor and manage project financials, including forecasting and budget control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and business processes.
• Proven experience in business analysis, gap analysis, and managing complex projects.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
