Job Description:


In this role as an Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to support in the management of client relationships and projects with P&B’s key clients. You’ll support the Account Supervisor by managing client relationships and expectations, working closely with the account services, strategy and creative teams on project delivery as well as writing briefs and managing project timings/plans. You will also become an expert on your clients’ business models, needs, and future opportunities, in order to drive new creative, strategic and business development opportunities for the agency.



What you’ll do:


  • Manage portfolio of client engagements where you will be a true client partner and ensure an exceptional client service experience while delivering against agency revenue goals.
  • Manage engagements with clients and internal teams through the development of creative briefs, project plans, status calls and all steps across strategy, creative and production to deliver projects.
  • Be a skilled brief writer where you can act as a source of inspiration and knowledge on your clients’ brands, business models and audiences for the benefit of creative and strategic colleagues.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage complex marketing projects from project brief to final delivery, including synthesizing client requests into actionable objectives.
  • Facilitate and contribute in meetings and workshops.
  • Help identify and overcome obstacles from client challenges to agency processes.
  • Work closely with and act as the “connective tissue” on client projects with all agency departments i.e. Strategy, Creative, Media, Content etc.




What you’ll need:


  • 2+ years of account or project management experience in an agency environment.


  • Ability to work independently (yet collaboratively) in a remote environment. Be a major team player, advocate and friend.


  • A love for working in fast paced, ever changing agency environments.


  • A great attitude, always be learning, kind and respectful.


  • A passion for award-winning ideas and creative with an ability to articulate why you like an idea, or how it could be even better.

  • Highly Proactive: Anticipate client needs and solve problems, acting as a seamless bridge that translates complex client goals into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team.


  • Ruthless Prioritization: Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, knowing exactly which tasks move the needle and which can wait.


  • Emotional Resilience: Comfortable and composed under pressure, handling tough client feedback and tight turnarounds with a level head.


  • Strategic Business Sense: Not just an "order taker" — you work to understand the client’s industry while looking for ways to grow the account and agency revenue.


  • Hyper-Attention to Detail: In a rush, mistakes happen—the ideal AM is the final line of defense who catches the typo or the budget error before it goes out.


  • Experience working with marketing technology tools (marketing automation, CRM, content management, web analytics).


  • Experience working with clients with complex business models / offerings and managing multiple projects at once.
