About the role: This role is responsible for driving the implementation of the new Target Operating Model (TOM) with a strong emphasis on organizational design. The individual will play a key role in shaping the future structure of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and enabling sustainable transformation through thoughtful design and development of roles, processes, and governance.
What You Will Do
- You will lead the design and continuous refinement of organizational structures, roles, and governance models in alignment with the Target Operating Model (TOM)
- You will drive the rollout of the new TOM by planning and implementing measures, managing stakeholders and driving change management
- You will develop and implement future-state processes and support leaders and teams in adopting new structures and ways of working
- You will design and facilitate organizational development initiatives focused on culture, collaboration and leadership mindset
- You will act as a strategic advisor to leaders and teams on organizational design, roles and development needs
- You will define KPIs, evaluate the impact of organizational development initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement
- You bring strong experience in organizational development, ideally within complex matrix organizations
- You have in-depth knowledge of designing and implementing Target Operating Models
- You possess profound expertise in change management and organizational transformation
- You demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams
- You think strategically and act with a high level of initiative and ownership
- You have proven experience navigating and influencing within complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in renewable energy or distribution sectors is a strong plus. Fluency in English is required and German is a plus
