Senior Product Manager

Product Manager – AI/ML Platform | Hybrid: Dallas, Texas | Contract

Optomi, in partnership with a top client, is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the evolution of an enterprise AI Common Platform (AICP) supporting Machine Learning, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

This is not a “strategy-only” role — we need someone who can own execution, drive delivery, and operate across multiple teams while shaping a scalable AI platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own and evolve the AICP roadmap across ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI
• Balance long-term platform investments with near-term delivery
• Align with broader enterprise AI strategy

Platform Productization

• Translate architecture into reusable platform capabilities
• Define APIs, workflows, and services
• Drive consistency across ML and GenAI lifecycles

Execution & Delivery

• Lead delivery across multiple teams in a SAFe Agile environment
• Manage cross-team dependencies and remove blockers
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with AI teams, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Improve developer experience and platform adoption
• Collaborate with leadership and governance groups

AWS Platform Alignment

• Work within AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions)
• Ensure scalable, secure, and well-architected solutions

Governance & Cost Awareness

• Support model evaluation frameworks and GenAI guardrails
• Drive cost optimization and usage monitoring
• Help standardize AI governance practices

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 5–10+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience with platform or internal products
• Strong execution mindset — you get things shipped
• Solid technical understanding (APIs, systems, architecture concepts)
• SAFe / Agile experience

Nice to Have

• ML or data platform experience
• Exposure to GenAI / LLMs
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts
• AWS ecosystem experience
