Brand Partnerships Manager - Berlin, Germany

Audio storytelling is having its moment and Pocket FM is leading it.

With 130+ million listeners globally and one of the fastest-growing entertainment platforms in

the world, we're now planting our flag in Germany. And we're looking for someone to help us

build it the right way through partnerships that are bold, strategic, and built to last.


The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional partnership role. You won't be managing spreadsheets and renewing

contracts. You'll be in rooms with brands, creators, agencies, and platforms pitching, building,

and closing deals that genuinely move the needle for how Germany discovers audio

entertainment.

You'll sit at the intersection of content, marketing, and growth and own everything from the

first conversation to launch day and beyond.


What You'll Actually Do

● Build and lead strategic partnerships with brands, creators, agencies, media platforms,

telcos, and distributors across Germany

● Design content-led collaborations that drive real audience growth and brand visibility

and not just logo placements

● Own the full deal lifecycle pitch, negotiate, close, launch, and optimise

● Work closely with Content, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to make partnerships

land

● Spot new distribution and co-marketing opportunities that accelerate Pocket FM's

position in the German market


You're the Right Person If You Have

● 5+ years in brand partnerships, B2B collaborations, or platform alliances in media,

audio, entertainment, telecom, or digital consumer tech preferred


● Deep knowledge of the German partnership and media landscape you know who to

call and how to get in the room

● A track record of closing high-impact deals that go beyond traditional content

ecosystems

● The ability to navigate complex negotiations with B2B stakeholders without losing

momentum

● A growth-first, creative mindset who see opportunities where others see obstacles

● A data-driven approach and know what success looks like and how to prove it

● Preferred native-level German and fluent English
