Your Mission
- Hunt and acquire new customers, unlock new revenue streams, and accelerate our growth across the DACH region
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including expanding our product portfolio
- Continuously analyze markets and competitors to spot openings before others do
- Drive customer-specific projects from initial idea to successful series production
- Work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing to maximize impact
What makes You a Hunter
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of sales experience with a clear track record in new business development
- Technical understanding, ideally in plastics processing
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel and meet customers face-to-face
- Structured, results-driven, confident, and persistent
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to win people over
- Team-oriented, organized, resilient, and adaptable
