As Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our pump portfolio for biotech and pharma manufacturing applications within LEWA GmbH and the Industrial Flow Division. You will drive innovation, align market needs with technical excellence, and contribute to our strategic growth.
As a Prodct Manager you will
- Define and execute product-market strategies based on global market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including business case development and technical specifications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver on roadmap priorities.
- Ensure strong market positioning by aligning product features with sector-specific requirements and customer expectations.
- Support go-to-market activities through training, campaign input, and close cooperation with Communications and Sales.
- Present and communicate product initiatives effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including fluid handling processes, single-use technologies, and downstream processing steps such as filtration and chromatography, along with relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in product management, technical sales, or project management within industrial or life science environments.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen, supported by a university degree and a track record of strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling stakeholder alignment across functions and regions.
- Fluency in English, with German preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, analytical mindset, with curiosity, flexibility, and a drive for continuous improvement.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Site in Leonberg, Germany.
