As Manager Branding, Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for translating global marketing, branding, and communications strategy into effective, tailored regional execution plans. This role leads regional planning, prioritization, and day-to-day implementation of internal and external communications initiatives. It ensures brand governance, message alignment, and operational excellence within the region while serving as the key connector between global stratetgy and local business needs. This role plays a foundational, critical part in building and scaling LPA's global Marketing, Branding & Communications function.
As Manager Branding, Marketing And Communcations, You Will
- Develop regional internal and external communication plans aligned with global messaging, frameworks & targeted growth areas. Build and manage regional story/editorial calendars, and produce content across digital, social, and internal channels while identifying region-specific storytelling opportunities that support growth priorities.
- Act as the regional brand steward by approving materials for brand and messaging compliance, training local stakeholders, and ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Create communication materials that inform and engage employees, translating business strategy into compelling assets and supporting town halls and internal events.
- Draft and refine leadership messaging, presentations, speaking points, and updates, supporting visibility and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Engineering, Legal, and regional partners to deliver communications aligned with business goals.
- Support external communications including media relations, announcements, digital content, and stakeholder communication as directed by leadership.
- Track and report regional communication KPIs, providing insights and recommendations and optimizing performance across communication channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop specialist(s), assign work, manage priorities, oversee vendors and agencies, and ensure cost effective execution within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field required
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, branding, or marketing roles
- 2-5 years of leading projects and/or direct reports
- Experience executing communications across multiple countries or regions preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or B2B industries strongly preferred
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling skills; knowledge of AP / global journalism writing standards
- Fluency in English required, as well as local language (German, Mandarin pending location)
- Understanding of brand governance and communication frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with digital publishing, analytics tools, and comms platforms
